LEGALIZATION OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA
Help us end the needless pain and the suffering of our fellow Minnesotans; who are suffering from debilitatuing medical conditions
Dear friends and family,
I'm excited to announce that I will be using my political name recognition to try to get all the attention and support necessary to help us end the needless pain and the suffering of our fellow Minnesotans; who are suffering from debilitating medical conditions.
I ask you all to join Minnesota Medical Marijuana TO HELP MINNESOTA'S TERMINALLY ILL BY immediately contact every member of the Minnesota Legislative to urgently urge them to PASS A CONSTITUIONAL AMENDMENT TO LEGALIZE MEDICAL MARIJUANA SO WE MINNNESOTANS CAN VOTE ON IT IN THE 2010 ELECTION BALLOT.
President Barack Obama's administration has signalled a seismic shift in federal attitudes toward state medical marijuana laws.
Thirteen states have added medical-marijuana laws since California voters first approved them in 1996 and several others are weighing. Now is the time after 10 years of wasted time trying to pass similar bills for Minnesota to work to end the real pain and suffering of our cancer patients to help them overcome the nauseating effects of chemotherapy.
The Legal use of Marijuana can stimulate their appetites and of those suffering from HIV-related wasting disease. Some glaucoma sufferers can use it for relief, as do many who suffer from pain only with a written certification from a doctor, allowing patients to obtain a registration card giving them access to purchase small amounts of marijuana legally.
WE WORK TO end the cruel and unnecessary suffering of tens of thousands of Minnesotans if they were allowed the medical use of marijuana in the treatment of certain debilitating illnesses with a written certification a doctor.
The 1999 report commissioned by the Office of National Drug Control Policy on direction of the White House concluded:
"For patients who suffer simultaneously from severe pain, nausea and appetite loss, such as those with AIDS or who are undergoing chemotherapy, cannabinoid drugs" — such as marijuana — "might offer broad-spectrum relief not found in any other single medication."
Also many medical groups, such as the Lymphoma Foundation of America and the American Public Health Association, have endorsed medical marijuana.
I am opening of my new web site www.Minnesota-Medical-Marijuana.com in a hope to attract lots of visitors and prospective supporters TO LOBBY AND CONTACT THE MEMBERS OF OUR MINNESOTA 2010 LEGISLATURE WHO WILL BE IN SESSION AGAIN IN JANUARY TO DRAFT A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT TO LEGALIZE MEDICAL MARIUJANA SO THE 2/3 OF ALL MINNESOTANS WHO ARE IN FAVOR OF THIS HUMANITARIAN LAW CAN VOTE ON IT IN THE NOV. 2010 GENERAL ELECTION.
So I invite you to visit my site now to learn more how you can use it as an organizing point to post group meeting and organize support for the much too often forgotten suffers of AIDS, those who are undergoing chemotherapy, and to prevent glaucoma sufferers from litally and truly going blind.
We must use the little time we have immediately to educate the many areas in rural Minnesota where this sort of thing is regarded as evil, with a capital 'e,' and especially the older generation who are already in hospitals and nursing homes who are presently undergoing chemotherapy.
We have to urgently and immediately educate the people of Minnesota of the life saving effects that Legal Medical Marijuana can have on the quality of life of our terminally ill Minnesotans.
Please forward our web site address www.minnesota-medical-marijuana.com to anyone who might be interested, to help us spread the word.
This will make it possible and as important to our older conservative generation to learn that the Office of National Drug Control Policy on direction of the White House concluded "For patients who suffer simultaneously from severe pain, nausea and appetite loss, such as those with AIDS or who are undergoing chemotherapy, cannabinoid drugs" — such as marijuana — "might offer broad-spectrum relief not found in any other single medication." it is just as important to educate 10,000's of Minnesotans suffering ill effects from chemotherapy that the Medical use of marijuana is now legal, acceptable and it really will make the quality of your life better by reducing your pain, nausea and appetite lose from chemotherapy and blindness from can really be prevented by the legal use of medical use of marijuana in the treatment of certain debilitating illnesses with a written doctors certification.
With the realities of the situation anyone in Minnesota who wishes to obtain marijuana can easily find a source. We have to believe when the Office of National Drug Control Policy says, it’s safe and it really will ease pain and trauma of those suffering from AIDS, chemotherapy and going blind from glaucoma.
It is a humanitarian disaster to continue to let those who will greatly benefit from the medical use of marijuana continue to go blind and suffer because of the extremely terrible effects of chemotherapy and AIDS.
Best regards,
Dr. Jack Shepard says, " It is time to really know and understand the medical positive effects of Medical Marijuana with a written doctors certification are not as they say a pipe dream. These effects are a blessing if legalized which will ease the suffering of 10,000’s of Minnesotans.

In May 2008, a Survey USA poll found a solid 2-to-1 majority of Minnesotans were in favor of the use of medical marijuana for our terminally ill with a doctor prescription.
